A locally established design build firm located in Rockville, Maryland is looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in design and construction of commercial projects for Government agencies in the Metropolitan area. Minimum education is BS in engineering, architecture, or construction management. Please reply to
Responsibilities- Review design build drawings for coordination
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Professional architectural / engineering license is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
