As an employee of NLCS, the Executive Director reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and serves as the senior leader responsible for advancing the mission and operational excellence of the campus, with NLCS providing strategic oversight and system-wide support.

Charged with consistently delivering operational and financial results that align with and advance NLCS’s mission, values, and Purposeful Living philosophy, the Executive Director operates within a structured, system-supported environment while maintaining full campus-level ownership of outcomes. This position requires disciplined, mission-driven leadership and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence, financial sustainability, and an exceptional resident experience.

• Hiring, supervising, motivating, and evaluating department directors
• Facilitating teamwork among department leaders
• Conducting formal performance evaluations at least annually
• Promoting staff participation in operational decision‑making
• Encouraging leadership development and succession planning
• Creating structured opportunities for coaching and professional growth
