This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Rockville, MD. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations related to remodeling projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely project completion. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with teams and suppliers, supervising installations, and maintaining safety standards. The role also involves monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and addressing customer requirements throughout project execution.

• Experience in project management, scheduling, and overseeing production workflows
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and processes related to windows, siding, roofing, and doors
• Excellent communication abilities to liaise with teams, suppliers, and clients
• Organizational and time management skills to ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints
• Capability to monitor and ensure workplace safety
• Proficiency in industry-specific software tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
