About the role:We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist who will support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns that drive member engagement and the credit union’s strategic goals. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual who can efficiently manage multiple projects, write compelling marketing materials, and support various marketing initiatives, including events, brand initiatives, and internal communications.
RequirementsA day in the life of a Marketing Specialist will include:
Campaign Messaging Creation- Developing clear, compelling, and member-focused messaging to support marketing campaigns across products, services, and brand initiatives.
- Writing copy for multi-channel campaigns including email, web, social media, print, and digital advertising.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate product details and strategic goals into concise, benefit-driven member messaging.
- Ensuring all messaging aligns with brand voice, regulatory guidelines, and credit union values.
- Tailoring messaging to specific target audiences and segments to increase relevance and engagement.
- Developing marketing collaterals, including flyers, brochures, digital ads, email banners, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Creating engaging visual content for online banking announcements, website notices, email communications, and other marketing materials.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for third-party graphic design and print vendors, managing requests, timelines, and quality control.
- Designing promotional materials and graphics for events such as financial education courses, community events, and webinars.
- Supporting event logistics, from initial planning to execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring all visual components are cohesive and impactful.
- Developing print and digital advertising materials to promote products, services, and brand initiatives.
- Supporting ad placement and scheduling across appropriate channels, ensuring messaging alignment and compliance review.
- Providing support to the marketing team with various tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
