Adelphi is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide standby/school-based nursing support at a school in Maryland. The ideal candidate will support program-level nursing needs and provide care to eligible students within a designated program or health room setting.

School - Shift
Schedule:
Monday - Friday;specific schedule TBC
- Active Maryland RN license
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Pediatric, school nursing, or private duty nursing experience preferred
- Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed
- Assess and triage health complaints, injuries, and incidents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document health conditions in MCPS health record systems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked health room environment
- Communicate with students, parents/guardians, school staff, and health care providers
- Participate in emergency preparedness drills and protocols
- Any other duties as assigned within scope
