Clinical Nurse LDRP

Position Overview

This role involves providing direct patient care in a hospital setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care according to established standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and participates in safety, quality, and compliance activities. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and ensuring effective communication across care teams.

The position requires working in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.

  No experience required; less than 2 years preferred
