GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant
In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Residents we serve, the GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant safeguards the health, safety and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Provide safe daily resident care
- Transport and assist in ambulating residents
- Maintain a clean and safe resident unit
- Bathe, dress, and feed residents
- Document and communicate resident care information
- Promote and support positive guest relations to all visitors and residents
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Registered with the state as a GNA / Geriatric Nursing Assistant
