Deputy Project Manager - Chief Nurse

Job Overview

Deputy Project Manager (DPM) to assist with the management of the Occupational Medical Services (OMS) contract and function as a member of the professional staff. Eligible roles include Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or nurse.

• Ensure OMS clinics and offices are appropriately staffed and operate smoothly.
• Establish repeatable processes and procedures in all remote OMS locations.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance for the EDH staff.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for all medical staff.
• Assist with clinical staff time sheet approval.
• Coordinate ongoing training for clinical staff.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on any clinical issues as deemed necessary by the contract program manager.
• Participate in quality assurance, quality improvement, and risk analysis processes.

• Licensed:
  Valid nurse’s or practitioner’s license.
• Education and experience consistent with the Professional Staff role in OMS.
• Program management experience desirable but not required.
• Minimum two years of prior supervisory experience.
• Biannual certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Travel requirements: 10–25%.
