Director of Nursing

Trueman Pointe Care Center, along-termcare facility in Hilliard , OH isseekingan experienced, energetic,strongand dedicated RN Director of Nursing to lead the exceptional nursing services that are delivered to our residents daily. The successful candidate willbe responsible forthe following duties:

• Overalldirection,coordination& evaluationof nursing care services provided to the residents.
• Implementing nursing services,objectionsand standards; resolving resident care issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
• Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed& enforced.
• Overseeing State Survey complaints,investigations and resolutions.

The successful candidate willpossessthe following minimum qualifications:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years as an RN of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility
• Musthave excellent computer and communication skills.
• Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules,regulations and guidelines.
• Proven ability to lead a clinical team to successful clinical outcomes
