About This Role

Adventist Health Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Weekend Day Shift in Home Health, ideal for those passionate about providing compassionate care in a home setting.

• Pay: $37.00 - $55.00/hour
• Location: Rockville, MD
• Schedule: Every Weekend Commitment, Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday
• Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $7,500

• Supervise field staff including Home Health Aides and LPNs
• Attend mandatory and non‑mandatory meetings regularly
• Document patient care according to Federal and State regulations
• Plan and evaluate comprehensive patient care
• Assess factors impacting patient conditions and make appropriate interventions

• Education:
  • Associate's degree in nursing required
  • Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience:
  • 2 years full‑time experience in Medical/Surgical or facility nursing within the past 5 years

  • Valid Maryland RN licensure
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Valid Driver’s License with agency insurance requirements
