About This Role

Adventist Health Care Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift who will provide compassionate care and support to patients in a rehabilitation setting. This role is ideal for nurses who are dedicated to advancing their skills while mentoring others.

• Pay: $37.00 - $55.00
• Location: Rockville, MD
• Facility: Adventist Rehabilitation
• Schedule: Full-time, Night shift

• Educate patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
• Serve as role models to Level I nurses.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice.
• Use equipment and technology correctly and delegate non-nursing duties appropriately.
• Develop a plan of care according to the patient population.
• Identify impending changes in patient condition and initiate corrective action.
• Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care.
• Conduct purposeful rounding from the patient and family perspective.
• Conduct efficient literature searches and apply findings to practice.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care and participate in practice changes based on evidence.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

  • Current Maryland State nursing license
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area
