Responsibilities
Provide high-quality in-home nursing care to children with diverse medical needs, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and personal hygiene care. Collaborate with RN supervisors to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Document care and patient responses, intervene as necessary, and advocate for patients and families while respecting their rights and privacy. Prepare and utilize equipment efficiently.
Skills may include G-Tube, Trach, Ventilator, and Catheterization.
Must have at least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience within the last 3 years. Nursing graduates are welcome, with training available. Current, unrestricted nursing license required. Ability to pass medication exam with 80% or higher. Background check with no criminal history needed.
