Role Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises nursing assistants' daily activities in a long-term care setting. The position involves delivering quality, person-centered care that promotes dignity for older adults.
Responsibilities- Administer nursing care and support to residents
- Supervise and coordinate nursing assistants’ tasks
- Ensure compliance with care standards and safety protocols
- Graduate of an accredited nursing or LPN/LVN program
- Current, valid license to practice as an LPN in MD
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
