The Center for Innovative GYN Care (CIGC) is seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join its nationally recognized minimally invasive gynecology practice in Rockville, Maryland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who enjoys women’s health and wants to focus on comprehensive, office-based gynecologic care. You will work alongside Dr. Danilyants and the CIGC team caring for patients with fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, and other gynecologic conditions.

This is a fully office-based position with no operating-room or first-assist responsibilities.

CIGC specializes in advanced minimally invasive treatment of complex gynecologic conditions, providing patients with alternatives to traditional open surgery.

The practice has performed more than 20,000 procedures, with more than 99% of patients discharged the same day. CIGC performs procedures in its own accredited ambulatory surgery centers, allowing the team to provide highly specialized care in an efficient, patient-focused setting.

• Evaluate and manage patients with fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, abnormal uterine bleeding, and pelvic pain
• Perform gynecologic histories, pelvic and physical examinations, and indicated specimen collection
• Review pelvic ultrasound and MRI reports, laboratory results, operative notes, and pathology
• Develop and manage non-surgical treatment plans
• Order appropriate labs, imaging, and referrals
• Manage medical therapy for bleeding, pain, and related symptoms
• Provide Pap smears, cervical screening, contraception, menopause and hormone management, and other preventive gynecologic care
• Manage routine postoperative visits and recovery following procedures performed by the surgical team
• Monitor ongoing treatment response and coordinate care with other specialists as needed
• Identify potential surgical candidates and refer them to Dr. Danilyants and the CIGC team for surgical consultation and planning

• Current unrestricted Maryland RN license and NP certification, or documented eligibility prior to starting
• National NP certification appropriate to the patient population
• WHNP-BC strongly preferred
• Experienced FNP or adult-focused NP candidates may be considered when training and scope are appropriate
• Prescriptive authority and Maryland CDS/DEA registration as required
• Current BLS certification
• Strong gynecologic history, examination, diagnostic, counseling, and medication-management skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and EHR documentation skills

• 2+ years of experience in women's health, benign gynecology, or reproductive health
• Experience treating fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, pelvic pain, and abnormal uterine bleeding
• Postoperative follow-up experience in an ambulatory or office setting
• Comfort reviewing pelvic ultrasound and MRI reports, operative notes, and pathology

• $120,000–$150,000 base salary, based on certification, experience, and specialty background

This is a full-time, daytime, office-based position with no operating-room or first-assist assignment. Travel between affiliated offices may occasionally be required, with telehealth utilized when clinically appropriate and permitted.
