Shady Grove Medical Center, part of Adventist Health Care, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU Department. The RN Educator will mentor Level I nurses and apply evidence-based care in a high-acuity neonatal setting.
You will educate families, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure high standards of care across the continuum. A MD RN license and BLS are required, with ACLS/PALS/NRP as needed.
