Adventist Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for their Float Pool Level III, specializing in ICU, PCU, and Med Surg. This role is ideal for nurses who are committed to providing high-quality patient care and are looking for a per diem opportunity.

• Pay: $70/hour
• Location: Rockville, MD
• Facility: Shady Grove Medical Center
• Schedule: Per Diem, Days

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care at the bedside.
• Document patient care and outcomes electronically.
• Delegate tasks to non-licensed personnel.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor for new staff, externs, or students.
• Participate in unit quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team in patient care planning.
• Pursue professional development and growth.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• 1 year of experience in a relevant clinical area

• Current Maryland State nursing license
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area
