Full-Time nurses must be available to cover all of Montgomery County based on patient needs.

You don't have to cover every area as a Part-Time or PRN LPN.

Our Full-Time LPNs must have the flexibility to provide patient coverage throughout Montgomery County as census and patient needs change.

If you’re looking for a Full-Time opportunity and are comfortable traveling throughout the county, we want to hear from you.

Under the direction of the RN and physician-established plan of care, you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes

• Perform focused nursing assessments

• Monitor vital signs and changes in condition

• Provide wound care and ordered treatments

• Support medication management and patient education

• Reinforce disease-management education

• Monitor patient response to treatment

• Identify and report changes in condition

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers

• Communicate with the supervising RN and interdisciplinary team

• Follow physician orders and established plans of care

• Complete accurate and timely documentation using Well Sky

• Active Maryland LPN License Required

• Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program

• Reliable transportation

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to independently manage home health visits

• Full-Time candidates must be willing and able to cover all of Montgomery County

• Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required

• Well Sky Experience is a Plus
