Piper Companies is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist in the Rockville, MD area to work a fully onsite role. This Quality Assurance Specialist will work with a contract research organization helping with innovative therapeutic solutions.
Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Specialist:- Conduct reviews of operational processes, documentation, data records, and project-related materials to ensure adherence to internal standards and organizational requirements.
- Support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Analyze and interpret data from various systems to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize electronic systems and databases to access, validate, and evaluate business records and information.
- Monitor updates to industry practices, regulations, and guidance to support ongoing compliance efforts.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biological or Regulatory Sciences
- 1+ years of technical or quality experience
- Efficiently works well with a team environment
- GLP experience preferred
- Hourly Rate: $28-31/hr based on professional experience
