The NCI Cancer Prevention Fellowship Program (CPFP) is accepting applications for Cancer Prevention Fellows. If you’re a researcher with an interest in cancer prevention, this postdoctoral fellowship offers world‑class mentorship, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the opportunity to pursue your research interests.
What You’ll Do- Launch an independent cancer research program with support from NCI investigators
- Build skills through dedicated fellowship coaching and training
- Collaborate with a cohort of postdocs across diverse disciplines
- Receive a competitive stipend with health insurance and travel benefits
- Hold a doctoral degree in a related field (or be on track to complete all requirements before the program start date)
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Have fewer than five years of postdoctoral research experience
