This is a highly hands-on opportunity to work on cutting-edge therapeutic platforms in a collaborative research environment.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the discovery and engineering of nanobodies and antibodies, including bispecific formats
  • Perform bio-panning of phage libraries against selected targets to identify lead candidates
  • Design, construct, and engineer antibody and nanobody constructs using molecular biology techniques
  • Execute PCR, cloning, mutagenesis, RNA isolation, and sequence analysis
  • Evaluate antibody/nanobody performance using ELISA, flow cytometry, and Octet
  • Analyze binding, function, stability, and develop ability of candidates
  • Support antibody library generation and screening workflows
  • Utilize molecular and some computational tools to optimize affinity and stability
  • Perform basic data analysis and interpretation of experimental results
  • Document experimental procedures and findings in lab notebooks and internal systems
