What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Scientific Program Analyst to provide administrative and programmatic support to National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke Division of Neuroscience. This role will support timely, accurate, and policy-compliant analysis, reporting, and coordination activities that advance NINDS Division of Neuroscience Research priorities in neurodegeneration and Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias research. This is a full-time, on-site role in Rockville, MD.

* Provide administrative and programmatic support for NINDS Neurodegeneration Cluster (NDR) activities focused on Alzheimer's Disease-Related Dementias (ADRD) research.

* Support the development, planning, execution, and coordination of scientific projects and initiatives.

* Track project milestones, action items, deadlines, and maintain project documentation and spreadsheets.

* Conduct literature searches, gather scientific information, and summarize findings from scientific publications and databases.

* Prepare reports, presentations, charts, graphs, briefing materials, and other program-related documents.

* Organize and maintain databases, reference libraries, spreadsheets, and presentation materials.

* Coordinate scientific meetings, workshops, conferences, teleconferences, and related logistics.

* Draft and proofread agendas, meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and other programmatic communications.

* Communicate with investigators, program staff, and stakeholders to support research and program operations.

* Provide progress updates and support leadership reporting and decision-making activities.

What You Will Need:

* Master's degree in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Cognitive Science, Biopsychology, or a related scientific discipline.

* A minimum of ONE (1) year of experience supporting scientific programs, research initiatives, or research administration activities.

* Experience conducting literature reviews and scientific information gathering using research databases.

* Experience preparing scientific reports, presentations, and briefing materials.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

* Experience developing agendas, reports, meeting materials, and other program documentation.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively.

* Ability to support meeting planning, logistics coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities.

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must receive approved adjudication prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred. What Would Be Nice To Have:
* Experience supporting NIH, HHS, and/or other Federal research programs.

* Knowledge of neurodegeneration, Alzheimer's disease, or ADRD research programs.

* Experience performing portfolio analysis, research tracking, and program reporting.

* Familiarity with project management tools and tracking systems.

* Experience creating and maintaining databases, reference libraries, or knowledge management resources.

* Experience coordinating scientific workshops, conferences, or advisory committee meetings.

* Experience analyzing scientific progress reports and preparing executive-level presentations. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
