Job Type:Part-Time (4-20 hours per week, based on availability and seasonal needs)
Compensation:$15/hour + pooled tips (total hourly equivalent of $20-$35/hour)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to restaurant standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist with food inventory management and ordering
- Support menu development and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with Serve Safe and proper food handling procedures
- Update the point-of-sale system with daily finished goods inventory
- Work as a team to accommodate special requests, modifications, and allergies
- Communicate frequently with servers regarding menu availability and daily specials
- Get creative with surplus ingredients to craft innovative off-menu specials that guests will love
- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally move up to 100 pounds
Qualifications:
- Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Passion for food, creativity, and efficiency in the kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve and improve processes
- Must demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and adaptability
- Own transportation required
