** THE JOB:
** As a Bartender Apprentice, you will assist the bartender and maintain the appearance of the bar while delivering exceptional guest service. Your welcoming smile and attention to detail will set the stage for WOW moments that guests will remember long after their visit.

** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Assist the bartender with drink preparation, including mixes and garnishes.
* Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area.
* Keep the bar stocked with alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, and garnishes.
* Set up, label, and organize bar items such as glasses, paper products, and ice.
* Clean and polish equipment, tools, and glassware; ensure all equipment is in working condition.
* Perform opening and closing duties based on your shift assignment.
* Provide excellent service to guests, identify their needs, and create memorable experiences.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints within your scope or escalate to management when necessary.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be 21 years or older.
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (preferred).
* 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (preferred).

** The rate for this role is:$17.96

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
