** THE JOB:
** As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by personalizing product recommendations to our diverse guests within our various retail locations. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

** This is a Part-Time opening at the EXPRESS store.
**** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer product recommendations, complete transactions within the POS registers, and ensure store stock and cleanliness.
* Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.
* Participate in our sales incentive program, where you’re rewarded for achieving sales goals.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have a high school diploma or GED
* Previous retail sales experience (preferred)
* Previous cash handling experience (preferred)

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
