This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in Rockville, MD. The representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing product information to clients, assisting in marketing campaigns, and contributing to team initiatives that strengthen the agency's market presence.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities, meet targets, and execute campaigns
• Experience in Training or onboarding clients or team members
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in multiple languages (English, French, and/or Spanish) is a plus
• Familiarity with insurance products and financial planning is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
