Summary
  • Tri Source is hiring a driven, experienced staffing sales professional to grow our Accounting, Finance, HR, Administrative, and Legal divisions.
  • This is a revenue-driving business development role. You will own the full sales cycle — prospecting, client meetings, closing, and account growth — working alongside our recruiting team to deliver top-tier talent solutions.
  • In addition to driving new client acquisition, this role includes reactivating and expanding previously established client agreements that present immediate growth opportunities.
  • We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of staffing industry sales experience who understands how to sell both temporary staffing and direct hire services.
  • We are a privately held firm with strong decision‑making speed and no corporate red tape.
  • There is an opportunity to grow into senior leadership as the division expands.
What You’ll Do
  • Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and in‑person meetings
  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy
  • Sell staff augmentation (contract/temporary) and direct hire recruiting services
  • Build long‑term partnerships with CFOs, Controllers, HR leaders, and hiring managers
  • Conduct client meetings both virtually and in person
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure successful delivery
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year staffing industry sales experience (required)
  • Proven ability to generate new client accounts
  • Comfortable with high‑volume outbound prospecting
  • Strong closing skills
  • Competitive, performance‑driven personality
  • 4‑year degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Desire to grow income through commissions
