Tri Source Staffing Solutions is hiring a driven, experienced staffing sales professional to grow our Accounting, Finance, HR, Administrative, and Legal divisions.
In this revenue‑driving business development role, you will own the full sales cycle – prospecting, client meetings, closing, and account growth – working alongside our recruiting team to deliver top‑tier talent solutions.
In addition to driving new client acquisition, this role includes reactivating and expanding previously established client agreements that present immediate growth opportunities.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of staffing industry sales experience who understands how to sell both temporary staffing and direct hire services.
We are a privately held firm with strong decision‑making speed and no corporate red tape.
There is an opportunity to grow into senior leadership as the division expands.
What You’ll Do- Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and in‑person meetings
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy
- Sell staff augmentation (contract/temporary) and direct hire recruiting services
- Build long‑term partnerships with CFOs, Controllers, HR leaders, and hiring managers
- Conduct client meetings both virtually and in person
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Partner with recruiters to ensure successful delivery
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Minimum 1 year staffing industry sales experience (required)
- Proven ability to generate new client accounts
- Comfortable with high‑volume outbound prospecting
- Strong closing skills
- Competitive, performance‑driven personality
- 4‑year degree or equivalent professional experience
- Desire to grow income through commissions
