- Take part in training and development programs to keep abreast of company and market information.
- Introduce, demonstrate, promote and sell existing and new products/services in the showroom.
- Help maintain, update and design showroom displays, exhibitors and merchandising programs.
- Work to meet or exceed sales objectives in terms of volume and margin.
- Participate in the preparation of sales budgets for the showroom as assigned.
- Quote prices, prepare proposals and provide information regarding terms of sale and delivery
- Coach junior showroom sales personnel and impart training as necessary.
- Schedule and visit customers to support, close or service showroom sales.
- Gather data on product/service tastes and trends exhibited by buyers in the showroom as required.
- Receive and process cash instruments in settlement of showroom sales.
