Physical Security Specialist

• Ensure physical security equipment and procedures comply with the Bank Protection Act, OCC regulations, and FNB policies
• Assess security risks at company locations and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements
• Manage installation, maintenance, repair, upgrading, storage, inventory, and acquisition of alarms and related security equipment
• Coordinate security programs, including tracking money transfers and assisting with robbery response
• Provide security training for tellers, managers, officers, and departments
• Coordinate the assignment and placement of security guards
• Serve as primary contact and vendor relationship manager for security equipment and service providers
• Provide incident statistical reporting, loss data, and other applicable reports to the Manager of Physical Security
• Administer a physical security control or monitoring program, including access controls and adds, transfers, and terminations
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
• Manage and monitor daily business risks in accordance with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program
• Comply with regulatory laws and company procedures

• BA or BS
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
• Basic-level MS Word proficiency
• Basic-level MS Excel proficiency
• Basic-level MS PowerPoint proficiency
• Former military, law enforcement, or corporate security experience
• Knowledge of government regulations associated with physical security, bank fraud, theft, and misappropriation of funds, including the Bank Protection Act
• Valid driver's license
• Frequent driving of a car, van, or truck
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided

Demonstrates expertise in physical security management, including compliance with the Bank Protection Act and OCC regulations, while effectively coordinating security programs and training. Proven ability to assess security risks and manage security equipment and vendor relationships.
