- Supervise and support our HVAC install teams in the field.
- Aid other team members, such as sales consultants in the field, to determine best course of action for HVAC installs as directed by management.
- Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co‑workers and superiors.
- Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
- Any other assigned duties as directed by management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC.
- Proven HVAC installation experience in residential applications.
- Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth among team members.
- Dedication to providing homeowners with unmatched satisfaction.
- Detail‑oriented and skilled at multitasking.
- Confident and decisive communication in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
