Vertical Mechanical Group (VMG) seeks an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead HVAC ductwork installations in the DMV region. You will direct field crews, plan daily work, coordinate labor and materials, and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards on schedule.
You will mentor mechanics, read drawings, and maintain communication with project teams, clients, and leadership while upholding VMG safety policies and OSHA standards.
