Position: Circle of Security Project Coordinator, Day Shift, The Lourie Center

The Lourie Center School, Adventist Health Care seeks to hire an experienced Circle of Security Project Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

The Lourie Center for Children's Social & Emotional Wellness is a private, non-profit agency with a mission to improve the social and emotional health of young children and their families through prevention, early intervention, education, research and training.

Responsibilities
  • In collaboration with the Circle of Security Program Director and Lourie Center leadership, coordinates the implementation of evaluation-integrated, trauma-informed early childhood services, specifically the Circle of Security program.
  • Assures compliance with policies and procedures as mandated by contracts and various regulating bodies, including the State of Maryland Community Health Resources Commission, AHC’s Institutional Review Board, HIPPA/FERPA, and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborates effectively with Lourie Center partners, including school systems, local schools and principals, universities, the early childhood workforce, and children and families.
  • Ensures and confirms compliance with grant requirements and reporting deadlines for fiscal and program reporting.
  • Effective recruitment and engagement of program participants and data collection
  • Prepares and provides materials for facilitators and participants.
Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor degree;
    Master’s degree preferred, in mental health, education, or related field.
  • A minimum of one year experience in program/project coordination or management or mental health/educational program management
  • Fluent Spanish speaking preferred

Pay Range

Pay Range: $55,982.75 - $81,182.40 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process. Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
United States of America (Exempt)
