We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong blend of full-stack development and big data experience. This role requires an engineer who writes high-quality code, mentors others, and drives engineering excellence while challenging the status quo.
Key Qualifications & Experience- 7+ years of software engineering experience building end-to-end applications
- Architecture & Cloud:
- Cloud-native development experience, with up to 5 years on AWS
- Experience with S3, EMR, and serverless architectures
- 4+ years of experience with big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop
- Strong ability to bridge user-facing applications with large-scale data platforms
- Strong SQL skills (3+ years) for data analysis and performance optimization
- Scripting & Development Tools:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and/or Perl
- AI Experience (Required):
- Ability to incorporate AI capabilities into software solutions to improve functionality and productivity
- Leadership & Communication:
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Support and scale a new, fast-moving application
- Build data-driven insights and analytics capabilities
- Design and develop custom dashboards and reporting solutions
- Deliver full end-to-end value for users through custom-built solutions
- Contribute to a flexible platform that supports custom modules and BI integrations
, including out-of-the-box BI components - Actively apply AI tools in real-world development scenarios
