Job OverviewWe are seeking a high‑energy, hands‑on Team Lead to drive a dynamic squad of engineers in developing and maintaining critical software applications. This isn’t a “sit back and delegate” role; we need an innovator who leads from the front. The ideal candidate is a technical powerhouse who knows how to get the job done, balancing active coding with the mentorship and tactical management of a high‑performing team.
You will be the bridge between technical execution and project delivery, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and cutting‑edge.
As part of our mission to advance scientific rigor and public health standards, you will play a vital role in increasing global access to high‑quality medicines through public standards and related programs. Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Spend a significant portion of your time “in the trenches” writing code, building prototypes, and solving the team's most complex technical hurdles.
- Drive Innovation: Actively identify and implement new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve development velocity and code quality.
- Technical Stewardship: Provide deep‑dive architectural guidance and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure excellence in React
JS, NextJS, Type Script, and Spring Boot. - Tactical Execution: Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks. You don’t just plan; you ensure the team executes with precision using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
- Collaborate & Bridge: Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to manage expectations, mitigate technical risks, and provide transparent status updates.
- Mentor & Level‑Up: Directly manage and coach a team of 6 engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and high accountability.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Act as the primary technical escalation point, utilizing your problem‑solving “sixth sense” to unblock the team and keep projects on track.
