We are seeking a high‑energy, hands‑on Team Lead to drive a dynamic squad of engineers in developing and maintaining critical software applications. This isn’t a “sit back and delegate” role; we need an innovator who leads from the front. The ideal candidate is a technical powerhouse who knows how to get the job done, balancing active coding with the mentorship and tactical management of a high‑performing team.

You will be the bridge between technical execution and project delivery, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and cutting‑edge.

• Lead by Example: Spend a significant portion of your time “in the trenches” writing code, building prototypes, and solving the team's most complex technical hurdles.
• Drive Innovation: Actively identify and implement new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve development velocity and code quality.
• Technical Stewardship: Provide deep‑dive architectural guidance and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure excellence in React

• Collaborate & Bridge: Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to manage expectations, mitigate technical risks, and provide transparent status updates.
• Mentor & Level‑Up: Directly manage and coach a team of 6 engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and high accountability.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve: Act as the primary technical escalation point, utilizing your problem‑solving “sixth sense” to unblock the team and keep projects on track.
