Sr DevOps Engineer

SKILLSETS NEEDED:

• Significant development experience (6+ years) with containerization and Docker
• Container Orchestration skills (Example: Kubernetes, AWS ECS or AWS EKS) (6+ years)
• Deep experience with Java programming (10+ years) and REST service development.
• Significant experience (6+ years) with microservice frameworks like Spring Boot
• Significant experience (6+ years) with Dev Ops tools (Git/Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins)
• Experience (6+ years) with code quality tools (Sonar Qube, Checkmarx)
• Experience (6+ years) with CI-CD and blue-green deployments

TASKS WILL INCLUDE

• Integrate AWS code pipeline with Service Now APIs (in-depth knowledge of Service Now APIs is a must, JIRA/JIRA Align API skills can transfer if candidate can learn fast)
• Integrate AWS code pipeline with Bit Bucket APIs (in-depth knowledge of Bit Bucket APIs is a must, Gitlab/Github/Git API skills can transfer if candidate can learn fast)
• Build code pipeline, code deploy and codebuild based CICD pipelines using AWS Cloud Formation (skills like Jenkins Groovy/Pipeline as Code can transfer if candidate can learn fast)
• Develop infrastructure as code using Cloud Formation YAML/JSON (not python Boto3; candidate can transfer skills from Python if candidate can learn fast)
