We’re looking for a Software Engineer Principal who thrives in Linux-based environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is excited to work with cutting‑edge tools and containerized architectures.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, containerized applications
• Build and maintain secure, high-performance systems in Linux environments
• Develop automation scripts and backend services using Python (3.x) and Bash
• Work with modern container platforms including Docker ,
  containers , and Kubernetes
• Create and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments
• Integrate messaging systems such as RabbitMQ
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab CI)
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Ansible
• Collaborate using Git-based workflows and modern Dev Ops practices
• Contribute to next-generation development using Rust (experience or strong willingness to learn)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree
• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Strong experience with
• Experience with Rust or a strong aptitude and desire to learn it

Preferred Skills

• SQL databases (PostgreSQL)
• Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

The likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
