Columbia Technology Partners is seeking a SIGINT Development Analyst to join a dynamic, fast‑paced 24/7 watch center supporting mission‑critical operations. In this help desk‑focused role, you will maintain and optimize systems that support the collection, processing, and transmission of critical intelligence data for national‑level decision making. You will work with voice and data communications technologies, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI, and IP‑based systems, ensuring front‑end collection systems remain operational and effective in a continuous operations environment.
This position requires the ability to support shift work (day, swing, or mid), including weekends and holidays.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize front‑end SIGINT collection systems
- Support DNR/DNI collection, dataflow, and FOP configuration activities
- Perform basic troubleshooting in Linux‑based environments
- Manage and maintain system access for customer platforms
- Follow SOPs and update technical documentation as needed
- Ensure continuous availability of systems supporting mission operations
- Collaborate within a 24x7 watch center environment
- 3+ years of SIGINT development or analytic support experience, including telecommunications, network protocols, or internet communications
- Hands‑on Linux experience, including command‑line operations and basic system troubleshooting
- Experience with front‑end collection systems and DNR/DNI dataflow (including FOP configuration)
- Ability to follow structured procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Relevant SIGINT training (e.g., Signals Collection/Processing or Signals Analysis coursework)
- Scripting experience (Bash, Shell, and/or Python) and familiarity with automation/dataflow tools (e.g., Apache NiFi)
- Exposure to SATCOM technologies and modern communications systems
- Working knowledge of network protocols and data transport concepts

Salary: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
