We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build production-grade web applications, automation, and developer tooling that improve the software development lifecycle. This role combines hands-on full-stack development with platform engineering, observability, and workflow automation.

• Build scalable full-stack web applications using JavaScript/Type Script and Java/Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
• Design and build RESTful APIs, microservices, integrations, and automation tools.
• Create reusable frameworks, templates, SDKs, and tooling that streamline development and deployment.
• Identify manual processes and workflow bottlenecks and automate them where possible.
• Build and maintain CI/CD and cloud-based infrastructure supporting application deployment and scaling.
• Implement monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerting to improve application reliability and performance.
• Develop testing strategies and automation to ensure application quality.
• Prototype new solutions and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to drive adoption of development standards, tooling, and best practices.

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience building production applications.
• Strong full-stack development experience with JavaScript/Type Script and Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, system design, and SDLC practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Cloud Watch.
• Experience with Java and Python and developing internal tools or automation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Q Developer, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in evolving environments and communicate technical trade-offs effectively.
