The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development skills using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and GraphQL, along with extensive experience working with No

SQL and graph database technologies. This role requires a seasoned individual contributor who can architect scalable solutions, drive technical excellence, mentor team members, and deliver high-performance cloud-native applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications using Java and AWS cloud services.
• Build and enhance backend services using Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
• Architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions that meet quality, reliability, performance, and business requirements.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and apply independent judgment to develop effective solutions.
• Identify risks and proactively address issues that may impact project or business objectives.
• Stay current with software engineering trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
• Collaborate across engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve technical barriers and achieve shared objectives.
• Mentor and support junior developers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through adherence to coding standards, testing practices, and code reviews.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and team efficiency.
• Support the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops best practices.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and modern microservices architectures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Java development and related technologies.
• Strong expertise in Java application development and object-oriented programming principles.

• Experience with Python development and scripting.
