This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex backend challenges, building scalable microservices, and working with modern technologies alongside a strong technical team.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java/Kotlin microservices
• Build high-throughput backend systems and APIs
• Deploy and support applications in AWS using Docker and Kubernetes
• Troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems
• Contribute to architecture, CI/CD, and engineering best practices
• Collaborate across Agile teams to deliver mission-focused solutions

• Languages & Frameworks: Java 21, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux
• Data & Streaming: Kafka, Cassandra, DynamoDB
• Tooling: Git Lab CI/CD, Maven, Node.js, Sonar Qube, IntelliJ, VSCode, ReactJS

• Required
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years of Java development experience
• Experience with microservices, Spring, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of scalable backend architecture
• Preferred
• Experience leading Agile development teams
• Mentoring or technical leadership experience
• Linux experience
