Essential Job Functions
Facility Supervisor is responsible for opening and closing of the facility and checking entire facility and grounds for safe and secure operational conditions. Monitor user groups and provide equipment and/or services to meet user groups’ needs. Provide personnel, facility and incident reports. Oversee front desk operation to include assisting customers with registrations for classes, memberships and facility bookings. Assist with center programs and special events.
QualificationsPossess excellent communication skills, valid driver’s license, CPR certification and the ability to carry 50 lbs. of equipment. Employee must exercise dependability.
ExperienceExperience working with a group of 10 or more persons. Facility management experience preferred.
EducationHigh school diploma or above and at least 21 years of age.
