Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience)

We’re seeking a reliable and compassionate Driver | Transportation Services Coordinator to join our team for as‑needed day shifts and help our community thrive.

• Safely transport residents to appointments, activities, and outings, making every trip comfortable and enjoyable.
• Be part of a supportive, upbeat team that values respect, reliability, and service.
• Your friendly attitude and attention to safety help residents maintain independence and stay engaged.

• Transport residents safely and professionally to all scheduled destinations, appointments, and shopping trips; no unscheduled stops.
• Keep vehicles and equipment maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Coordinate driver schedules to ensure full coverage for all transportation and delivery needs; actively provide both transport and delivery support as part of the driver team.
• Ensure vehicles receive documented routine maintenance.
• Maintain vehicles in clean condition inside and out, including regular washing, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
• Maintain accurate vehicle mileage and trip logs.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Friendly, patient, and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to assist residents in and out of vehicles as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance.
• Commercial Passenger Bus License (preferred).
