Initiate automotive services and repairs by assessing vehicle problems and service requests, verify warranty coverage, develop estimates, write repair orders, and maintain customer records.;
Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians to ensure both understand the needed services and repairs.;
Develop repair estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor and calculating the customer's payment, including deductibles.;
Prepare repair orders, obtain approvals, and enter repair orders into the service database system.;
Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
