Full-Time Overview Rockwall  Kia is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our high-performing service team. This role is critical to supporting technician productivity and delivering an exceptional customer experience by efficiently sourcing, ordering, and managing automotive parts.

Key Responsibilities Assist retail and service customers with parts inquiries, orders, and availability

Create accurate quotes, invoices, and estimates using CDK software

Coordinate daily with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts fulfillment

Order parts from vendors and track shipments to meet service timelines

Receive, stock, and organize inventory; maintain accurate perpetual inventory controls

Process returns, warranties, and core credits

Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and stockroom

Deliver a professional, customer-first experience in person, over the phone, and via email

Qualifications

Automotive parts department experience required

Experience with CDK Drive or similar DMS preferred

Kia or OEM dealership experience strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
