Job Description & How to Apply Below

PRODUCER / PROJECT MANAGER

The Role

Our Producer / Project Manager is a strategic problem‑solver and production quarterback — someone who takes full ownership of client projects from sales handoff through final execution. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day activities, timelines, purchasing, and communication across sales, creative, operations, and fabrication teams — partnering closely with the Activation team to ensure a seamless handoff when it’s time to hit the road — all while keeping multiple complex programs on time and on budget.

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll work directly alongside our shop leadership to drive custom vehicle builds, manage national brand activation campaigns, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients who are counting on Lime to deliver. You bring structure, urgency, and calm to every project you touch.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the client relationship with authority and resilience — serve as the trusted point of contact from kickoff through build completion, confidently navigating challenges, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Drive complex programs from sales handoff through build completion — guide clients through the full production lifecycle, setting clear expectations and reinforcing Lime’s reputation for excellence every step of the way. Partner closely with the Activation team for a seamless handoff when it’s time to hit the road.
  • Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with fabrication shop leadership — collaborate directly with our production team to manage custom vehicle builds and branded asset builds from creative approval through final QC.
  • Command production schedules and milestones — anticipate risks, adjust resources, and maintain relentless focus on deadlines across simultaneous programs for national brands, often running across multiple markets.
  • Apply a real project management mindset — use proven frameworks to plan, initiate, and deliver, balancing competing priorities without losing sight of the end goal.
  • Protect the bottom line — monitor and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and change orders with precision. Make the tough calls when required.
  • Champion quality — enforce rigorous QC standards ensuring every deliverable represents the Lime brand and exceeds client expectations.
  • Unify cross‑functional teams — lead interdepartmental communications with clarity and diplomacy, fostering collaboration while holding teams accountable.
  • Bring grit — embrace ambiguity, solve problems fast, and see every project through to completion regardless of what gets thrown at you.
How We Measure Success

We measure performance clearly. Here’s what winning looks like in this role:

  • Collaboration — Seamless liaison between clients and internal teams at every stage, with full stakeholder alignment.
  • Accuracy — High‑precision management of scope, budget, labor, risk, and communications.
  • Quality — Minimum 95% client satisfaction rating, with proactive risk management and consistent quality standards.
  • Timeliness — Projects delivered on schedule through proactive milestone and dependency management.
  • Communication — Overcommunication at every level — clear reporting, timely updates, and no surprises.
  • Risk & Scope Management — Early identification of risks, mitigation plans in place, and scope changes managed to protect timelines and budgets.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, production coordination, or account management — preferably in experiential marketing, brand activations, live events, agency environments, or a related field
  • A track record of managing simultaneous, complex programs from start to finish
  • Comfort working directly with fabrication or production teams, not just managing from a spreadsheet
  • Experience managing vendor and subcontractor relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client‑first mindset
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, , or similar)
  • High energy, deeply organized, and adaptable in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Entrepreneurial self‑starter with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving

Nice to have:

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMP certification
  • Experience with national multi‑market tours or fleet‑based programs
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
