Assistant Superintendent position is available  be considered for this position, previous progressive construction experience is required.

• Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations.
• Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with project management.
• Review job cost and manage labor quantities.
• Complete daily and periodic report updates.
• Oversee quality control.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Train craft workers.
• Mentor field engineers.

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil utility construction.
• Must be willing to travel.
