- Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering excellent service in both English and Spanish.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Information Relay: Provide detailed information about insurance products, benefits, and service features to help customers make informed decisions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and update necessary databases with information from interactions.
- Policy Support: Assist customers with policy explanations, modifications, and renewals.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to help enhance customer service delivery.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous, particularly within the insurance industry.
