Required Skills:

• Valid and unrestricted medical license in Texas
• Board certification in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB experience
• Proven track record in obstetric hospitalist practice or inpatient obstetric care
• Ability to handle high-acuity cases with professionalism and confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making capabilities

• Experience working in busy hospital settings or with rapid turnover clinics
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Additional certifications such as NRP, Advanced OB emergency training

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist or inpatient obstetric experience
• Previous locum or temporary staffing experience is a plus

• Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts starting from 12/31/2025
• Willingness to obtain or maintain required state and facility-specific credentials
• Will provide expedited privileges for clean files when applicable
• Travel reimbursement and licensure support as needed
