- Provide high-quality OB hospitalist care in a busy hospital setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Manage labor, delivery, and postpartum care
- Participate in on-call coverage and acute patient management
- Follow hospital policies and protocols to ensure compliance and safety
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives and staff education as needed
- Valid medical license in Texas
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- At least [X] years of clinical experience in OB hospitalist roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
