As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our comprehensive therapy program that exceeds national and state standards.

Provide small group instruction to children with autism and related disabilities Assist in implementing differentiated instruction and instructional strategies Support classroom management and individualized education programs Collaborate with teachers in lesson planning and curriculum development Implement behavior management techniques and support special needs children

Required Skills:

Background in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education Knowledge of child development and special education practices Experience in music education and curriculum development Ability to educate and support children with special needs First Aid certification and background checks Nice to Have

Skills:

Masters in Education Experience in social studies and individualized education programs
